RATES:

The rates stated herein are in Thai Baht and super cede all existing rates. All rates quoted are net plus 5% commissionable.Value Added Tax (VAT), Provincial taxes and Service Charges as applicable, as of 31 Oct 2013 are included in the rates quoted. Should there be any upward revisions in the rates & taxes, these will be additionally charged. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

CHILDREN:

Infants' are defined as being less than two years of ageo or under hotel policy are free of cost.
A 'Child' is defined as having completed two (02) years but not yet completed twelve (12) years, with a height below 130 centimeters.
For any child who has completed 12 years of age, adult rates will apply for accommodation, sightseeing and excursions.

GENERAL Confirmation POLICIES

- Quotations do not guarantee accommodation. Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of receiving your approval of the quoted rates, terms and also the payment of deposits Demanded by the hotels for confirmation of accommodation.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
Group (15 travelers and More) payment 30% Within 30 days before arrival and balance ubon arrival
FIT payment 30% Within 7 days before arrival and balance ubon arrival
NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the package value

All FIT bookings are on pre payment basis unless and until pre contracted for credit in which case contracted conditions would apply. All payments are expected to be made at the time of booking confirmation.• The itinerary will be released once payment receipts are confirmed. To avoid inconvenience agents are encouraged to keep a minimum credit of THB 10,000 or USD 350 with us to enable us to honor last minute bookings.

The amount mentioned in the invoice should be the amount landing in our bank accounts. Currency fluctuation clause

Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between THB to USD as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 3% of today's THB to USD rate we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

Currency Conversion Clause
Our quotations to you are in USD and the invoices are in THB to allow you to pay us in Thailand. A pathfinder specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice from USD to THB only.
By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply. If time limit is triggered then 20% of the package amount will be deducted

INDIVIDUAL TRAVELER

In low season 100% of the package amount will be deducted if cancelled 3 days before check in date
In peak season 100% of the package amount will be deducted if cancelled 15 days before check in date
Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour.

GROUP TRAVELER

In low season 100% of the package amount will be deducted if cancelled 15 days before check in date

Booking Policy

Normal Bookings- We will confirm your bookings and expect payments within 3 days of raising invoice to you. In case the payments are not received within 3 days the bookings are auto released. Should there be cancelations post your booking and subsequent payments to us, then the cancelation charges and refunds will happen as per the cancelation policy detailed.

Emergency Bookings:

We accept bookings with a minimum 2 working day gaps between the booking and the check in day. For such short notice bookings full payments need to arrive in our bank accounts on the same day as the booking. Such short notice bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of payments into our bank account. We will only accept emergency bookings for next day travel from Travel Partners who keep a deposit of THB 10,000 or USD 350 or INR 25000/- wit We do not do bookings for check in on Sunday if the booking is requested on a preceding Saturday. We do not do bookings for a check in on a day which is a public holiday in India if the booking is requested on a preceding working day.
